Tyler (tyler@oneclickfix.com)

Lead sales associate — eight years with One Click Fix

Tyler’s journey began in Bridgeport, CT, where he was on a path to follow in the footsteps of his father and uncle into the world of law. But in a plot twist that rivals any courtroom drama, Tyler swapped his legal aspirations for a tech career and transferred to Carnegie Mellon University to study Information Technology. While his legal dreams took a backseat, his passion for technology revved up like a racecar engine.

With two older sisters who likely helped him perfect his negotiation skills, Tyler's family dynamics are anything but ordinary. He’s also maintained a charmingly old-school connection with his penpal from China, a friendship that dates back to 7th grade. This enduring correspondence is one reason Tyler can’t bring himself to quit Facebook—where else would he keep up with his penpal’s posts about their latest adventures?

When it comes to his tech expertise, Tyler is the Sherlock Holmes of IT solutions, helping customers find the perfect answers for their business or home tech needs. His knack for solving tech puzzles is almost as impressive as his hobby collection, which includes racing around the velodrome like a modern-day speedster, creating chaos in Grand Theft Auto, and curating an impressive array of vintage toasters. After all, everyone needs a hobby that pops!

Hobbies: Tyler’s leisure time is a whirlwind of activity. Whether he’s zooming around the velodrome, living out his virtual criminal mastermind fantasies in Grand Theft Auto, or obsessively collecting vintage toasters (because who doesn’t need a 1950s toaster that still works?), he’s always on the go.

Bucket List: At the top of Tyler’s bucket list is tackling the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race in Alaska. He dreams of mushing through snow with a team of sled dogs, proving that when it comes to adventure, Tyler is all about going the extra mile—or rather, the extra thousand miles.

Fun Fact: Tyler once competed in the Scripps National Spelling Bee. His spelling prowess is so sharp, he could probably spell “antidisestablishmentarianism” backwards—just don’t ask him to do it after a day of racing or toasting.

Veronica (veronica@oneclickfix.com)

Cyber Analyst — 8 years with One Click Fix

Veronica’s career path reads like a “Choose Your Own Adventure” book. She’s dabbled in everything from teaching yoga (downward dog, anyone?) to working in a mobile dog-grooming business (because every pup deserves a spa day), and even owning her very own Jamba Juice franchise (smoothie queen alert!). Her IT skills are top-notch, and she attributes her adaptability and creative problem-solving to her wildly varied experiences. Veronica also holds the company record for attending the most Zoom meetings—though she’ll admit that 75% of those were virtual cocktail hours with her former college roommate, proving that multitasking can be a bit too literal. If there were an award for “Best Team Spirit” at One Click Fix, Veronica would snag it faster than you can say “virtual happy hour.”

Hobbies: Backpacking through rugged terrains and freestyle competitive dance (yes, she can bust a move and hike up a mountain with equal flair).

Bucket List: Backpack across Europe in the style of the ‘90s—because nothing says adventure like following in the footsteps of those who didn't have smartphones to guide them.

Fun Fact: Veronica once worked at a llama rescue farm while she was a student at George Mason University. No, llamas don’t do yoga, but they do have a knack for spitting when they’re not impressed.

Raj (raj@oneclickfix.com)

Senior Tech and CISO — six years at One Click Fix

Raj hails from sunny Santa Barbara, CA, but yes, his parents are from India. And no, Bollywood films aren’t his thing—though he can appreciate the dance numbers from a distance. Raj attended the University of Michigan, where he majored in Information Science and begrudgingly developed a mild interest in winter sports. Mostly, though, he spent the cold months curled up with a book, binge-watching movies, and building an impressive collection of old-school hip-hop bootlegs.

Hobbies: Reading comic books, collecting sharks teeth at the beach, and perfecting Carbonara recipes

Bucket List: Take a Lamborghini Aventador for a spin on the Autobahn. Because if you’re going fast, you might as well go ridiculously fast.

Fun Fact: Raj is an expert beat-boxer. Seriously, he can make a drum solo sound like a full band.

Carla (carla@oneclickfix.com)

Bookeeper/Manager — nine years at One Click Fix

Originally from Florida, Carla traded in the beach for the mountains, bringing along her husband, three daughters, six cats, two Jack Russells, and a pot-bellied pig. When she’s not coaching cheerleading or shuttling kids to their endless activities, Carla is busy writing the church newsletter. She got into office management because, unlike her house, at least the office stays organized. If you think managing a household with six animals, three pre-teens, and their constant influx of clothes, friends, and drama sounds like a sitcom, you’re not wrong.

Hobbies: Zumba, scrapbooking, and catching a nap whenever possible.

Bucket List: Drive across the country in an RV with no cell reception—because if the kids can’t call, maybe they’ll finally learn to enjoy the view.

Fun Fact: Carla is allergic to chocolate. Yes, really. And no, it’s not as fun as it sounds.

Steven (steven@oneclickfix.com)

Owner— 10 years at One Click Fix

Steven is our owner, but he also makes the coffee and cleans the restrooms. (Just kidding!) A fourth-generation Asheville native, Steven grew up in the area. He attended New York University's acting program, where he landed a few paid acting gigs and some Shakespeare in the Park roles, but primarily supported himself through catering work. Eventually, Steven decided to return to Asheville and completed his degree in Information Technology and Network Management.

Hobbies: Gardening, home brewing, D&D

Bucket List: Write a sci-fi novel, Visit every Waffle House, and hike the Appalachian Trail

Fun Fact: Steven once appeared in a commercial as a tap-dancing pineapple
